Social work Practices And Research Centre (SPARC) is crafting social practices to be more structured through research and new learning methodologies.
We believe that a constant change in the social picture demands change of approach in the social work areas. For ten years we have been consistently working in research, education, health, culture, and social security to create a valued impact through our projects.

Seva Vasti Vikas Yojana
Past 9 years we are consistently working in the areas of education, health, culture, and social security in all rural areas of Pune city. Currently, we are working in more than 380 slums. The increasing number of crimes, unemployment, addiction, education problems, and insecurity in these areas ignited SPARC to build a service network through social workers.
EQAL
EQAL (Assessment & Capacity Development Program) Strengthening the non-profit sector by conducting periodic assessment for capacity building of organization. To be a catalyst in the process for productive implementation of strategies to bring a concrete change in the non-profit system for national development support the emerging social as a leader to craft a sustainable future by contributing to the sustainable development goals.
BPT
Training is conducted for students of various colleges in rural areas of Maharashtra. Students receive an opportunity to work for one month in an organization in various specific domains. Students are trained to deliver curriculum knowledge through practical experiences.
Shiku Anande (Abhyasika)
'Shiku Anande' was launched to minimize the educational loss of the students due to challenges faced during COVID-19. It is the process of enjoyable learning reducing the number of school drop-outs due to lack of conceptualization.
